New Plan franchisees will undergo a weeks in house training covering the Plan systems, industry information and sales & marketing. This is followed by further training and support by our dedicated Franchise Business Development Managers (FBDM) at your premises to ensure you get off to a flying start.
To stay on top in this industry it is essential that you continue to learn and stay abreast of new products and changes in legislation. You will have a dedicated FBDM to visit you regularly and help you develop your business at a speed comfortable to you while keeping you abreast of industry changes.
In addition, you also have an allocated member of administration staff. This member of staff looks after your sales from the moment you take the order through to delivery, leaving you to concentrate on what's important - achieving more sales.
Our bespoke DMS system lets you see the live progress of all your customers and sales 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This comprehensive system is the backbone of organising your business and you will use it to produce quotes and orders, check special offers, print customer reports and recieve messages about the progress of each sale.
To assist you grow your business we will produce regular artwork campaigns for advertising in a range of mediums, assist you in creating your own campaigns and often place advertising on behalf of the network in national publications such as the Daily Mail.
To assist the customer find you, we also provide you with your own Plan website with leads being emailed direct to your Plan email address.
